So i’m going to try raise some money for a mental health charity called Sane who have been encouragingly enthusiastic about my trip.

Sane offer free emotional support to people who are affected by mental illness, do lots of work to raise awareness, reducing stigma and also initiate research into serious mental illness.

If you want to make a donation for my attempt then you can use the link below, it’s a great cause, directly affecting people’s lives. For example, a donation of £25 will provide 4 people with nowhere else to turn with 30 minutes of free, in depth emotional support when they need it most.

Its also going to give me great motivation and inspiration to keep peddling away when I’m not sure why I’m doing this.
